Simone is a medical imaging and MedTech commercialisation specialist with over 25 years of experience across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Her career spans corporate leadership, product strategy, education, and clinical practice, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how imaging technologies are adopted, scaled, and sustained in regulated healthcare markets.
She has held senior roles across business development, product management, and clinical applications for global health technology organisations, working at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer engagement, and clinical governance. Simone brings particular strength in translating complex imaging and point-of-care technologies into clear, credible value propositions that resonate with clinicians, health services, and commercial stakeholders alike.
Simone’s experience includes supporting product launches, market entry and expansion, key opinion leader engagement, and the development of education and enablement frameworks that underpin successful market adoption. Her work is grounded in an understanding of regulatory environments and real-world clinical workflows, enabling pragmatic and sustainable commercialisation strategies.
As a clinically trained Radiographer and ASAR-registered Sonographer, Simone brings credibility and insight to MedTech projects without being defined by clinical practice alone. A published co-author and RMIT graduate, she is ASA-affiliated and remains committed to innovation, high-quality education, and the responsible commercialisation of medical imaging and digital health technologies.

Andrea Green is Clinical Applications Manager with Sandbourne Medical Ltd in the UK. Andrea is also a Registered Nurse and an experienced clinical educator. Andrea has spent many years on-the-wards supporting patient care and nurse education in cardiac care and critical nutrition specialities.

Melanie Street brings over 20 years of experience in the health sector, including more than 17 years specialising in medical device regulatory affairs and quality systems. Originally qualified as a Registered Nurse, Melanie combines a strong clinical background with deep regulatory expertise, offering clients a rare blend of practical healthcare insight and technical precision.
As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Consultant, Malanie can navigate complex global regulations and achieve timely, compliant market access for innovative medical technologies. Her expertise covers Class I, II and Class III medical devices, conformity assessment including devices with medicinal and biological components and AIMDs. Melanie works communicatively with regulatory bodies and stakeholders at all times and provides strategic support in regulatory planning and post market activities, from clinical literature reviews to marketing and consumer materials, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and compliance to the unique ANZ jurisdiction.
Having actively contributed to the EU MDD to MDR transition in many companies, Melanie offers clients a deep understanding of both current and emerging international regulatory frameworks. She also assists with Prostheses List applications and reimbursement coding, helping companies strengthen their market access strategies and maximise commercial outcomes.
A BSI ISO 13485–accredited internal auditor, Melanie combines rigorous technical insight with strong risk management, project leadership, and communication skills. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail make her a trusted advisor to clients seeking to bring high-quality healthcare innovations to market in Australia and internationally.
